My voucher code is Invalid?
With most of our voucher codes you need to wait until 3pm the following day for the voucher to become active. If you have waited until 3pm the next day and the voucher code is still showing as invalid, simply email Support@GoGroopie.com and they will get it activated with the merchant straight away.
What dates are available for me to make my booking?
As availability is constantly changing for each arrival date we always recommend that you check with the service provider prior to purchase if you have a specific date in mind to avoid disappointment.
When will I receive my order?
You can check the delivery deadline on the ‘Fine print’ section on all our deals. Please note the timescale shown is not from the point you purchase the voucher but is from the point you redeem it.
I want to purchase a voucher for a holiday abroad. Will I get the same protection I would get if I booked in the travel agents?
Yes! We only work with companies who are ATOL licensed so they can provide you with the same cover as you get if you went into the travel agents.
How can I change the delivery address?
You can do this by contacting the merchant directly just quote your name, voucher code and your new delivery address. Do this as soon as possible to ensure the order is redirected.
How do I contact the merchant?
As a requirement of each merchant who works with us they must have a customer support email address which is checked and responded to regularly. You can find this email address on either the voucher or the merchants ‘Contact’ page, if you don’t get a response within 72hrs please email Support@gogroopie.com who will contact the merchant for an urgent response to your query.
